1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your storage unit and ensuring that it does not cause a nuisance or hazard to other tenants or the environment.

2. Payment and Fees

3.3. You are solely responsible for the security of your storage unit and its contents. We recommend obtaining insurance coverage for stored items as our facility is not liable for any loss or damage.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Mini Storage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our storage units or facilities.

5. Amendments

5.1. Advanced Mini Storage reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you by other means.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
